Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Moneywise Doctor, a trading name of Holistic Dimension Limited (Company No: 10567705), registered at 1st Floor North Westgate House, West Square, Harlow, Essex, CM20 1YS, United Kingdom.

We are the data controller for all personal information collected through our website, products, and services. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

What information we collect and why

1. Website and newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, contact us, or comment on our website, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. We use this to send you financial education content, respond to your enquiries, and notify you of our products and services.

Lawful basis: Consent (you opt in when signing up).

2. MEDSCAN Financial Early Warning Score

MEDSCAN is our AI-powered financial health diagnostic tool. When you use it we collect:

• Your name, email address, and WhatsApp number (entered during registration)
• Your answers to financial health questions during the conversation
• Your Financial Early Warning Score across seven dimensions (Money, Emergency Fund, Debt, Spending, Compounding, Allowances and tax, and Necessary Cover)
• Your named financial diagnosis
• The entry question you selected
• How long your session took
• Date and time of completion

We use this information to deliver your personalised results, send you a follow-up summary, provide relevant financial education content, and notify you about related Moneywise Doctor products and services.

Your MEDSCAN conversation is processed by Anthropic’s AI system (Claude). This means your responses are sent to Anthropic’s servers to generate your results. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. See their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

Your contact details and scores are stored in our CRM system (GoHighLevel). We use this to send you automated email and WhatsApp follow-up sequences based on your results.

Lawful basis: Consent (you explicitly tick a consent box before your conversation begins).

3. Purchases and payments

When you purchase a product or service (workshop, session, Mastermind, book), payment is processed by Stripe. We collect your name, email, and purchase history. We do not store your card details — these are held securely by Stripe. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Lawful basis: Contract (to fulfil your purchase).

4. Website analytics

We collect anonymised usage data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This helps us understand how our website is used and improve it.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (improving our services).

5. AI conversations

If you use MEDSCAN or any AI-powered tool on our platform, your conversation responses are processed by Anthropic’s API. The questions you answer and the information you share during the conversation are used only to generate your personalised results. Andy AI does not know your name or contact details — only your answers in the conversation itself.

Automated processing

When you complete MEDSCAN, your scores and diagnosis are automatically used to determine which email and WhatsApp sequences you receive from us. For example, if your investing score is in the red, you may receive content about our SCRUBS Investing Workshop. You can opt out of these sequences at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email or replying STOP to any WhatsApp message.

How long we keep your data

• MEDSCAN data and contact records: up to 3 years from your last interaction with us, or until you request deletion
• Purchase records: 7 years (legal requirement for financial records)
• Website analytics: 26 months (anonymised)
